Hayley Andrews is a highly accomplished professional property entrepreneur, investor and developer with over 20 years of experience. As the CEO of several companies and a landlord with a diverse residential and commercial property portfolio, she has been investing since 2002. Hayley has successfully adopted a wide range of strategies, including buy-to-lets (BTLs), serviced accommodation, Hotels, HMOs, commercial properties, distressed assets, developments, lease options, rent-to-rent, listed buildings, and car parks.

As a global property mentor and a recognised property expert, Hayley regularly features on SKY TV and serves as an Angel on the hit SKY TV program Property Elevator. She is also the founder of Your Freedom Empire, a global property and business training organisation and Hard Hats to Heels, a networking group dedicated to empowering women.

Hayley owns estate and lettings agencies alongside a sourcing division with 42 agents operating across the UK. Named one of the UK’s most inspirational female entrepreneurs, she is a trustee of three Historic Building Trusts, as well as a governor, chair, and trustee across various organisations and academies. She is dedicated to inspiring the next generation, regularly delivering talks to schools across the West Midlands for students aged 13-15 and 16-19.
