This prestigious accolade recognises an individual who has made an outstanding impact within the property sector. We welcome nominations from the public, and in addition, the National Property Awards Team will also consider candidates who have demonstrated a significant presence, influence, or contribution to the property community – even if they have not been formally nominated.

The winner will be selected by the National Property Awards Team, who will review all nominations alongside other individuals identified through industry insight. The decision will be based on:

• Leadership, influence, and advocacy for the industry

• Contribution to innovation, collaboration, or sector growth
