The Eastside Rooms in Birmingham came alive last night as the B Events National Property Awards welcomed over 500 property people from across the UK for an unforgettable evening of recognition, celebration, and inspiration. Headline sponsored by Falcon Insurance, the evening buzzed with energy, with guests enjoying a night of networking, entertainment, and celebration, hosted by the charismatic Phil Oldershaw. The charity partner Kids Village was warmly supported by the property community, with guests showing incredible generosity towards such an important cause. Highlights included a keynote address from Adam Lawrence, who shared valuable insights into the current state of the property market, and unforgettable performances by Hit the Dhol and the Undercover Artists, who had the crowd on their feet. The Women in Property Award proved a deeply moving moment, powered by Hayley Andrews and Hard Hats to Heels, who spoke passionately about the importance of supporting women in the male-dominated property sector. The night concluded with the final award, Property Personality of the Year, presented by founders Anita Chumber and Ifraz Ahmed alongside last year’s winner Martin Harvey, announncing Kazeem Alli-Balogun (PropertybyKazy) the 2025 Property Personality of the Year.
