NATIONAL PROPERTY AWARDS 2026 CELEBRATES THE VERY BEST OF THE UK PROPERTY COMMUNITY

The property community came together in spectacular style at The Eastside Rooms, Birmingham on 18th September, for the National Property Awards 2026, an evening dedicated to recognising achievement, celebrating success and championing the people and organisations helping to shape the future of the property sector.

Bringing together professionals, businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, developers and industry leaders from across the UK, the evening embodied this year’s powerful message: #RiseInProperty.

More than simply an awards ceremony, the National Property Awards provided an opportunity for the industry to come together, celebrate one another and shine a spotlight on the individuals and organisations making a genuine impact across property.

The evening was hosted by TV and radio personality Tommy Sandhu, who brought his trademark energy, humour and warmth to the stage, creating an atmosphere that was lively, engaging and full of celebration from beginning to end.

The National Property Awards were proudly supported by Headline Sponsor Falcon Insurance, alongside Diamond Sponsor MIA Property Group and supporting sponsors ROMA Finance, DRD Capital, Hard Hats To Heels, AGA Wealth Management and The Mortgage Department.

Guests were also treated to incredible live entertainment throughout the evening. Hit The Dhol brought an explosion of energy and rhythm to the room, while The Undercover Artists delivered a show-stopping performance that had guests out of their seats and on their feet.

The event was also proud to support Kids’ Village as its official Charity Partner, helping to raise awareness of the organisation and the important work it is undertaking.

The National Property Awards team would like to extend a huge thank you to every judge who gave their time, expertise and industry knowledge throughout the judging process.

Their commitment helped ensure that finalists were recognised through a thorough and considered process, celebrating achievement across a diverse range of disciplines within the property sector.

A huge congratulations also goes to every finalist. Reaching the final stage of the National Property Awards is an achievement in itself and reflects the talent, ambition and contribution being made throughout the industry.

PART OF THE B EVENTS FAMILY

The National Property Awards are proudly part of the B Events family, an organisation that has spent more than a decade creating platforms that recognise achievement, celebrate communities and bring people together across a wide range of industries.

For over 10 years, B Events has been instrumental in creating and delivering high-energy awards ceremonies, networking experiences and industry events that go far beyond simply handing out trophies. At the heart of every event is a genuine passion for people, creating rooms where connections are made, achievements are recognised, stories are shared and communities feel seen and celebrated.

From established industry leaders to emerging entrepreneurs and rising talent, B Events has consistently championed individuals and organisations that are making a difference. Its events are designed to create moments that matter,  bringing people together in an atmosphere that is energetic, inclusive, uplifting and memorable.

That passion for connection is what continues to drive the organisation today.

B Events founders Ifraz Ahmed and Anita Chumber have built the organisation around a simple but powerful belief: that success deserves to be celebrated, people deserve to be recognised and industries become stronger when communities come together.

Over the past decade and beyond, B Events has supported and celebrated thousands of individuals, businesses and organisations, while creating some of the most vibrant and high-energy awards experiences in the region and beyond.

For Ifraz and Anita, the National Property Awards are another reflection of that journey – bringing together a sector full of ambition, resilience, innovation and opportunity, and creating a space where people can celebrate not only their own achievements, but those of the wider property community.

They said:

“B Events has always been about people. It is about creating a space where success can be celebrated, where people can connect, where industries can come together and where those doing incredible work are given the recognition they deserve.

“For more than 10 years we have had the privilege of working with some amazing people, organisations, sponsors, judges, partners and communities, and we genuinely could not have built B Events without that support.

“To everyone who has believed in us, attended our events, sponsored us, judged for us, partnered with us, nominated someone, entered an award or simply supported what we do – thank you.

“The National Property Awards are a very special part of the B Events family, and seeing the property community come together with such energy and positivity is exactly why we continue to do what we do.

“Congratulations to every finalist and every winner. Your success is what these events are all about, and we are proud to celebrate you.”

The National Property Awards continues to celebrate the breadth, diversity and ambition of the property industry, recognising not only established organisations and industry leaders, but also emerging talent, entrepreneurs, innovators and those using their influence to create positive change.

The spirit of #RiseInProperty was evident throughout the evening — a reminder that the industry is at its strongest when people come together, support one another, share success and create opportunities for others to rise with them.

The organisers added:

“Seeing the property community come together under one roof to celebrate each other is what the National Property Awards is all about. There was such an incredible energy in the room.

“#RiseInProperty represents more than individual success. It is about recognising achievement, creating opportunities, supporting each other and celebrating an industry that continues to evolve through the people within it.

“We would like to congratulate every finalist and every winner, thank our incredible judges, sponsors, partners, entertainers and guests, and everyone who helped make the National Property Awards 2026 such a memorable evening.”

The National Property Awards 2026 once again demonstrated the strength of the UK property community — ambitious, innovative, collaborative and ready to continue rising together.

Congratulations to all of the National Property Awards 2026 finalists and winners.

THE WAIT IS OVER — MEET THE NATIONAL PROPERTY AWARDS 2026 FINALISTS!

After an incredible response from across the property industry, we are delighted to officially reveal the finalists for the National Property Awards 2026.

This year, we received an exceptional number of nominations representing businesses, organisations, developments, teams and individuals from across the UK property sector.

The standard of entries was incredibly high, making the shortlisting process extremely challenging. Every nomination demonstrated the ambition, resilience, innovation and determination that continues to drive the property industry forward.

A Time to Come Together
The property sector makes an enormous contribution to our economy, our communities and the places in which we live and work.

From creating homes and regenerating communities to supporting businesses, attracting investment, developing talent and delivering vital social value, the impact of this industry reaches far beyond bricks and mortar.
However, we also recognise that the sector is currently navigating a challenging period.

Economic pressures, increasing costs, changing regulations, funding challenges and uncertainty across the market are affecting organisations and professionals at every level.

That gives us even more reason to come together.

The National Property Awards are an opportunity to pause, recognise the progress being made and celebrate the individuals and organisations continuing to lead, innovate and deliver despite the challenges around them.
This year’s themed hashtag, #RisingInProperty, reflects the strength, ambition and resilience of a sector that continues to rise, adapt and move forward.

Representation Matters
Two categories in particular received an incredible number of nominations: Woman in Property of the Year and Young Property Professional of the Year.

The quality and quantity of nominations made these categories particularly difficult to shortlist. We therefore made the conscious decision to include more finalists than usual.

This is not about increasing ticket sales or making additional money. Every finalist receives a complimentary ticket to attend the awards ceremony.

In reality, including more finalists creates an additional cost for us, as we provide every finalist with a meal and invest significantly in producing the complete B Events experience  and anyone who has attended one of our events knows that we do not hold back.

We have made this decision because these categories carry a much wider meaning.
Women remain underrepresented across many areas of the property sector. We believe it is important to showcase as many inspiring women as possible, giving them the visibility and recognition they deserve while encouraging more women to see property as a sector in which they can build, lead and succeed.

As the saying goes, you have to see it to believe it.

The same applies to our young property professionals. Emerging talent needs encouragement, guidance, recognition and access to strong industry networks.

Through the awards, we want young professionals to feel supported, celebrated and connected to the wider sector. Their involvement is not only about recognising what they have already achieved; it is about helping them build confidence, form relationships and continue progressing within the industry.

Accessibility, inclusion and representation are at the heart of what we do, and we hope the industry will join us in supporting every finalist.

Roma Finance Joins the National Property Awards 2026 as Category Sponsor

Leading specialist lender backs the National Property Awards as nominations enter their final weeks

B Events is delighted to announce that Roma Finance has joined the National Property Awards 2026 as an official Category Sponsor, further strengthening its commitment to recognising excellence, innovation and collaboration across the UK property sector.

The fourth annual National Property Awards will take place on Friday 18 September 2026 at The Eastside Rooms, Birmingham, bringing together the very best property professionals, businesses and industry leaders from across the UK for an evening dedicated to celebrating outstanding achievement.

With nominations now open and set to close on 17 July 2026, property professionals and organisations are encouraged to put themselves forward and gain national recognition for the impact they are making within the industry.

This year’s theme, #RiseInProperty, reflects the resilience, ambition and determination that continues to drive the sector forward despite ongoing market challenges. More than a hashtag, #RiseInProperty represents a movement that celebrates those who continue to innovate, collaborate and inspire others while shaping the future of the property industry.

Roma Finance’s people-first approach and commitment to building lasting relationships make the business a natural partner for this year’s awards.

Charlotte Rutter of Roma Finance said:
“We’re proud to sponsor the National Property Awards as we focus on building long-term partnerships that deliver outstanding outcomes for all. This event creates the ideal environment for creating power teams that elevate the industry and inspire exceptional results.”

The National Property Awards continue to recognise excellence across residential, commercial, investment, finance, development, PropTech, legal services and many other areas of the property profession, providing a platform to celebrate the individuals and organisations raising standards throughout the industry.

Ifraz Ahmed and Anita Chumber, Founders of B Events and the National Property Awards, said:
“We are delighted to welcome Roma Finance as a sponsor of the National Property Awards 2026. Their values of partnership, collaboration and supporting property professionals perfectly reflect everything these awards stand for. The property industry continues to demonstrate remarkable resilience, and through our #RiseInProperty campaign we want to shine a spotlight on the people and businesses driving the sector forward. Together with Roma Finance, we look forward to recognising the outstanding achievements that deserve to be celebrated on a national stage.”

As anticipation builds towards the awards ceremony in September, organisers are encouraging businesses, teams and individuals from across the UK property sector not to miss the opportunity to be recognised among the industry’s very best.

Nominations close on 17 July 2026, with finalists announced shortly afterwards ahead of the prestigious awards ceremony on 18 September 2026 in Birmingham.

The Eastside Rooms in Birmingham came alive last night as the B Events National Property Awards welcomed over 500 property people from across the UK for an unforgettable evening of recognition, celebration, and inspiration.

Headline sponsored by Falcon Insurance, the evening buzzed with energy, with guests enjoying a night of networking, entertainment, and celebration, hosted by the charismatic Phil Oldershaw.

The Women in Property Award proved a deeply moving moment, powered by Hayley Andrews and Hard Hats to Heels, who spoke passionately about the importance of supporting women in the male-dominated property sector.

The night concluded with the final award, Property Personality of the Year, presented by founders Anita Chumber and Ifraz Ahmed alongside last year’s winner Martin Harvey, announncing Kazeem Alli-Balogun (PropertybyKazy) the 2025 Property Personality of the Year.

Kids Village Announced as Official Charity Partner

The National Property Awards is proud to announce that Kids Village will be the official charity partner for this year’s event.

Founded by the Fletcher family after their daughter Sammie’s experience with childhood cancer, Kids Village is on a mission to build the United Kingdom’s first dedicated holiday village for seriously ill children and their families. This unique haven will offer a safe, inspiring, and restorative environment where families can enjoy nature, play, and make treasured memories away from the daily challenges of medical treatments and hospital visits.

Since its launch in 2018, Kids Village has been driven by passion, determination, and a vision of creating a place that brings hope and joy during some of the most difficult times. In 2023, the charity achieved a significant milestone by securing planning permission for the project. The next stage is to raise the capital funds required to bring this extraordinary vision to life.

By partnering with Kids Village, the National Property Awards aims to raise both awareness and essential funds to help make this dream a reality. Throughout the awards campaign, guests and supporters will have opportunities to learn more about the project, contribute to its development, and be part of creating a life-changing space for families across the country.

“We are honoured to support Kids Village as our charity partner,” said Ifraz Ahmed & Anita Chumber, Co-Founders of the National Property Awards. “Their mission is truly inspiring, and we hope this partnership will help them take another step closer to building a place where children and families can find peace, joy, and togetherness.”

The National Property Awards will take place on 27.09.25 at The Eastside Rooms in Birmingham – Join us!

NEW CATEGORY ANNOUNCEMENT: Woman in Property of the Year

National Property Awards Introduces New Category: Woman in Property of the Year, Founded by Industry Leader Hayley Andrews

The National Property Awards 2025 is proud to announce the introduction of an inspiring new category – Woman in Property of the Year – a powerful initiative founded by Hayley Andrews, a leading voice in the property sector and founder of the women’s empowerment platform Hard Hats to Heels.

This new category has been launched to recognise and celebrate the remarkable achievements of women across the UK property industry – from development and construction to investment, design, and beyond. For over two decades, Hayley Andrews has been at the forefront of the property sector, advocating for diversity, inclusion, and the advancement of women in what remains a traditionally male-dominated field. Her vision and passion have been instrumental in creating a platform that champions female excellence and leadership in property.

“We are honoured to align with Hayley’s mission,” said Ifraz, Co-Founder for the National Property Awards. “Her contribution to the sector has been immense, and her founding of this award reflects a long-overdue recognition of the outstanding women who are driving innovation, transformation, and success in property.

This category will shine a light on those trailblazing women whose work not only shapes the built environment but also inspires the next generation of leaders,” said Anita Chumber, Co-Founder – National Property Awards.

The Woman in Property of the Year award will celebrate individuals who have demonstrated exceptional achievement, influence, and commitment to progress within the sector. Nominees will be judged on the impact of their work, their leadership, and their efforts to advance equality and opportunity within the industry.

Nominations are now open, and we encourage industry peers, partners, and organisations to put forward the names of extraordinary women making waves in property.

This new addition reinforces the National Property Awards’ dedication to celebrating diversity and excellence across all corners of the sector.
